# Seyla Terms

## The product

Seyla helps you plan short speaking cues, record takes, choose one take per beat, and stitch a vertical video on your iPhone. It is not a teleprompter, AI writer, captions tool, or full video editor.

## Membership

Recording requires an active membership. There is no free trial. Prices, duration, and auto-renewal are shown by the App Store at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings under Apple ID and Subscriptions. Deleting a Seyla account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

## Your content

You own the videos you record. They stay on your device unless you export or share them. Do not use Seyla to record or share content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to record, or that violates another person's rights.
