# Seyla Privacy

Seyla is an iPhone app for recording talking-head videos one short thought at a time. This policy describes what is collected, what stays on your iPhone, and how to reach us.

## Video stays on your iPhone

Camera and microphone are used to record takes. Raw takes, thumbnails, and exported videos are stored locally on the device. Seyla does not upload raw video to its servers. Signing out does not delete local media. Photos permission is add-only: the app saves a finished video you choose to save and does not read your photo library.

## Account and data

You sign in with email using a passwordless one-time code. Seyla may process your email address, account identifier, Apple and RevenueCat membership status, product analytics after sign-in, optional masked session replay, crash reports, an allowed push token, and separately confirmed marketing consent. Recording does not require tracking permission.

## Services

Depending on use, Seyla works with Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, Resend, PostHog, Layers, Tenjin, Sentry, OneSignal, and Crisp. Product analytics and optional session replay use EU infrastructure where stated in the app; text fields and images are masked in replay.

## Your choices

Delete your Seyla account in Settings or email support for help. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions through Apple. This marketing website may record page views through PostHog if configured; it does not collect video.
